Meet Peretz

My passion is helping people feel better with nutrition, and exercise coaching. Fitness really became a part of taking care of myself, so I started training in the gym industry in 2005 in NYC. My parents volunteered a lot and instilled the idea of helping others. Training, and helping people live their best lives ended up making perfect sense.

I moved to Boston in 2016, and was able to open FORM Fitness Training in Bay Village in 2019.

I believe the best path to fitness, based on my 20+ years of experience, is to help you make small changes over time, which sets you up for long term success. I promote healthy life choices and healthy ways of thinking so you can attain your goals in a realistic manner.

My goal is for you to get stronger, lose weight, move better, and feel better.

After we touch base, we start with an assessment session to make your fitness plan, and we go from there!

We use an IN BODY machine to help us see where we are and help assess our progress as we move through our sessions together.
